Let me expand, not just the holidays, but as far as I have noticed, all the deals that have shown up for over a year have been bundles of consoles. So what deals can there be for the already coonsole owners? If I remember correctly, last year I dont reember seeing any game deals, just more console deals, so are we just not important anymore as soon as we lready got the new consoles from them?
I do get it could be me. That I havent seen any game deals cuz I havent looked for one very hard and on this site we focuse so much on console sales. But seems to me that us on this site seem to be so focused on other people buying what ever console that we forget that we need some deals to. Dont get me wrong, I can afford any and many games with no problem, i just feel unapreciated or just tossed aside that if I already own a console ,then I just dont matter.
I think it could be just as good as console bundles bundles, or better, to have some good game bundles theese holidays. It could even help boost console sales and promote some older titles that just dint make it. Just inmagine a knack +killzone+the order and a rise son of rome+titanfall+sunset overdrive for like $50-60. Thouse are games that are just not selling anymore, this could give thouse games a well deserve exposure to help them sell, while also a new console buyer can see it as insetive and pick a console bundle and a game bundle. I know that they can just drope the price of an individual game, but I think that just does not seem as atractive and give a chance to games that where reviewed bad. Like, who the hell would pick up evolve? it dosent matter how low the price was,most dont even remember that launched just earlyer this year.
Another thing is to add theese games to ps+ or live gold and give the indies a brake, But this seems unlikely.
Let me know what you guys think. What kind of game bundles would actually boost ssales for new buyers as well keep current owners interested? what games do you think that just dint perform well and would benefict from being offered with something better?
