You should remove part 2 because there is no part 2. Part 1 happened in Ehime Prefecture while part 2 happened in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Two different fires unrelated to each other happened on the same day.

At around 02:15 on the 4th, a fire started in and burned down a wooden 2-storey 240 sq.m. residential building in Ebara, Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. The blaze spread to three adjoining buildings including apartment buildings, and the body of one woman found in the ruins was identified by the Ebara police as unemployed Kiiko Sumitani (78). Police stated that the inner first [ground] floor burned intensely. Other residents escaped unharmed after evacuating.
