Exactly how many copies did you expect Titanfall to sell?

Was it confirmed to be sales and not unique players or whatever other measure they didnt mention? 

Would it matter?

At 10 million players even, it would be clear that sales of the game were enormous, far-exceeding all but the most unreasonable of predictions.
