how can DMC devil may cry have a higher metacritic score than 4 on new gen? is Metacritic biased towards Japan?

i think this proves metacritic is biased towards japan after having more debate about that in this thread. Read my posts and the replies if you want to understand the arguments. DMC4 special editions would have gotten a better score and tons of other japanese devoloped games if japanese review sites would be more represented
