About the unfinished story, yeah, the game is clearly missing an important part, the famous mission 51, but...I don't know. I don't feel like I'm missing something. When I've cleared the last mission and seen the last cutscene, all I could do was put down my pad and simply say "Well, It's done. That was amazing".
Really, I understand every critics against the game and a lot of them are totally right, but I haven't been bothered by any of them. Dunno why, the game caught me since the start and still has me in its hand.
And I'm the same guy who couldn't finish The Witcher 3 'cause it was too boring.
