MGS V Dev Hideo Kojima Tweets A Photo With PS4 Architect Mark Cerny, What's Happening There?

Hideo Kojima has just tweeted a photo from an informal meeting with Sony's Mark Cerny. Cerny was responsible for leading PlayStation 4's development process and also worked on the not-much-appreciated launch title Knack.

He is also among the executives at Sony Japan, so it is possible something really important is going on over there. Otherwise, it could have been just a meeting with a friend. Anyway, we would love to know what kind of discussion was in place right there.
Probably, Kojima has informed Cerny (Sony, then) about the shaky situation with Konami and there might have been some talk about the chance to publish a game together.
We can't say that for sure, but what's interesting is that Hideo Kojima has met Mark Cerny, who is a Sony man, in Japan and some kind of announcement could be coming as soon as Kojima officially leaves Konami.
