US are not interested in resloving the situation atm.

Nope we are just adding to the mess.  We are now butthurt that our CIA backed rebels are getting hit.  I'd rather just see this mess over with and Russia might as well help even more.  Removing dictators in Middle East doesn't seem to work out.
