Before people start losing their tits over this; remember that businesses don't live inside a bubble that includes rage over console wars. This acquisition while big, likely changes nothing for current developers including Sony and Nintendo. Businesses compete with one another, but they don't deny themselves business either.
For example; Sony sells Apple camera sensors despite competing with them with their xperia product line.
