How you play it. I honestly have no idea how you interact with anything they showed off in the debut trailer.

Sorry, I'm completely at a loss to understand what you mean. How do you play what? The first person shooters you can make with Dreams? The platformers you can make with Dreams? The third person adventure games you can make with Dreams? What do you mean by 'how you play it'? Are you talking about create mode and using the wrong word? I'm lost here. As I said, you'll play it in the way the creators want you to play it. I myself am looking forward to seeing how you create games, movies, animations, music and the such.

That is exactly what Im asking. I dont see anything so far that resembles someone actually playing the game in any manner you have described, hence why I am asking.

I really look forward to seeing more on Dreams.

But they need to do a better job at explaining how you actually play it,

just think of it as 3D LBP.

MM is giving you a set of creation tools that allow you to create 3D objects and program them to do whatever you want.  just like in lbp 2 and onwards some people will create platformers, some fps's, some action adventure games, and some will just make movies.

that's probably a bit of an oversimplification but i don't think it is far from the truth either.

I can see the 3D LBP angle, and thats cool. But at least with LBP we know its a 2d esque platformer. Im just saying that I want to get a better idea of how you play each dream. Because the trailer doesnt really show you anything that resembles gameplay, just cutscene like scenarios.

Soon my friend, soon.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
