What would you rather buy, a 249$ PS4 or a 99$ PS3?

Unless I've missed something, actual PS3 emulation is probably never going to take off due to its exotic architecture. I'm assuming you mean streaming, but that's not emulation. Emulation is when you, well, emulate another system's functionality on another system. Streaming isn't emulation, it's just streaming.

I can dream, I can dream, I can dream. If I can't, I could always get a PS3 for, like, $80 here in the Philippines, so it's not so bad.
