Exclusive wise, that might be true, whole library, really doubt it.  Xb360 has more than enough of the popular genre which again that's due to being longer on the market.  Also the point isnt if xb1 will trounce xb360 in various genre, the point is who is the better xbox console overall and to determine that, both popular games as well as niche title have to be considered and that include JPRG games. Xb360 > xb1 in the majority of the genres.  JRPG becoming less relevant is irrelevant IMO, the point is which console has the higher chance of providing something for everyone and IMO that is xb360 right now and to be honest , dont see it changing.

I think we've gone full circle to my first response. "Depends on your preference."

We are already at a point two years in where there are many great titles avaialble on X1 but not 360. Some games on X1 were ported to 360 but are vastly inferior.

When it comes to JRPGs, 360 might have an edge. But the X1 is going to have some JRPGs as well, a few of them will have Final Fantasy in the title. Dragonscale could be a notable JRPG. Dark Souls III is coming. In my opinion MGSV does plenty to satisfy JRPG fans.

It seems MMO's and MOBA's are finding more success on X1. Those are a genres that never really found a significant audience on the 360. So again, I don't think either platform will have an objectvely better library. Even if X1 fails to please JPRG like 360 did, X1 may please audiences in genres the 360 failed at.

Let leave it on "Depends on preference" after all that's how the whole thread started, someone making an opinion.  It's still too early anyway to figure out how large is the xb1 library gonna be.
