The first Xbox had more of an identity and stood out from the competition unlike the 360.360 only had more games total and lacked exclusives compared to the original.I never owned one,but my brother had one and it had more interesting exclusives easily though limited in catalog overall.When you add the fact that it was more reliable than it is certainly the superior where it matters.The 360 was just a poor version of the PS2 according to MS themselves.They took more risks and actually tried to establish something unique with the original Xbox.
