Not saying that there aren't some coolers that are maybe a bit cooler or quieter but the DH15 is the best package overall. Great cooling, low fan noise, great and easy installation, great support, overall great worksmanship.

Do you have a test where the Silver Arrow beats the D15?

not in english... the arrow beats the d15 if you go higher in powerintake
