You guys have me curious. I'm gonna fire up the WiiU, PS4, and Xbox One from their 100% powered disc state and see how long it takes to get to the menu.

 

WiiU: 17 seconds

Xbox One: One minute and 13 seconds

PS4:  28 seconds
