But that happens with a lot of games, Splatoon had a ton of reviews saying things like "the best shooter in years", "the most refreshing IP in a long time", "the best online experience of the generation", etc etc and then you see the score and they gave it something like a 7 - 7.5 that makes you think WTF!? but is how it works.


completely ridiculous I agree...

If they trashed the IP and gave bad score it would be consistent (even if idiotic score)...

On the other side we have had a lot of cases of text saying the game was bad or full of bugs (like AC Unity) but good scores.
