Insomniac: Sunset Overdrive PS4 release could have had advantages, MS's support was very good

I doubt it. Insomniac owns the IP, but I seriously don't think they can just release the game in PS4 like that. They probably have some sort of contractual obligation with MS to keep the game on XB1.
