Few things:

Power supply is overkill unless you plan to SLI.

Water cooler is overkill unless you plan to overclock, and overclock pretty dang high. Which means you need to spend more on a motherboard than you really have to. Go with an i7 4790k (or broadwell/skylake equivalent - the latter for DDR4) if you really want an i7, but an i5 4690k should be sufficient for gaming without bottlenecks for the next five years.

If you don't want to overclock then just go with an i7 4790 (skylake equivalent for DDR4) and a Z97 board (Skylake equivalent for DDR4.)
