Most disappointing "fall from grace" by a game company

Loved Capcom, Konami, Nintendo... until they all turned to shit because of various reasons. Japanese gaming is generally dead to me, which saddens me because they used to be top of the game. Western games did get better, but not nearly as good as Japanese once was. From Software is its only saving grace.
