I really cannot understand the eternal Apple-bashing. I have heard various reasons, ranging from, hatred of the way Apple fleeces their customers to poor specs hidden from the Apple sheep. In the end, there is only one valid reason to dislike Apple products, and that is down to the closed nature of iOS compared to Android.
But lets get things straight, first and foremost. Apple phones are very expensive, yes I get that, but so are the brand new top level phones from the Samsungs & Sony's of the Android space. There is generally now nothing really in it. We are not seeing a difference of $100's, it's small by comparison. In addition to this, every new iPhone thats released is generally speaking, technically a market leader or at the least, up there with the best of the rest.
When I see all the negative comments about Apple, unless they are backed up with details of iOS' closed system compared to Android's "open" nature, then I have to think, it must be down to "Apple-envy". Yes you've got it. Most of the people that "hate" Apple, you will find that deep down, there is a hatred burning due to the "I can't afford" or "Won't pay out" for Apple products that generally lead them into the Android space for a cheaper alternative. And then convince themselves that Android is better and their phones are better to justify their reasoning behind not paying out for an iPhone.
