A tip to make jumping on the sawblades easier is to always jump slightly after the halfway point of the sawblade. And of course to bounce of it like you would on a normal enemy. You can make the "3 moving sawblades obstacle" in two jumps if you jump when one of the sawblades is in the middle. It's rather easy I find. :p
That's why every time I introduce a new kind of obstacle I do it in a safe area where you can't die.
