And in continuation of the story around Syria, one of the key topics of the 70th UN GA session:
- Putin has filed an official request to Federation Council: "...in accordance with article 102, part d of the Constituion... requesting permission to use Armed Forces of Russian Federation abroad as per generally accepted principles and rules of the international law".
- Permission granted.
- Bashar al-Assad has requested military help from Russian Federation.
That was fast, I guess all decisions has been made far in advance.
UPD: "Russian officials have demanded that American warplanes exit Syrian airspae immediately" -- according to Fox News quoting some anonymous American military official (anonymous sources in Fox News lingo = we just made this hot piece of our s**t news just to troll you).
