How do these exist in 2015? It’s like wtf, how hasn't the internet made these irrelevant yet? The last time I remember redeeming one was 7 or 8 years ago from a retail store, but now I'm going to be building a pc and half the parts I'm ordering online have mail-in rebates. Do they only exist to be a pain in the ass, and therefore cause many consumers to not redeem them?
