I haven't played MGSV but neither of the other two deserve a 10 but I would give it to GTA V as far as being the closest. Shitty controls and long winded plot bring it down. LoU I'd give a 6 for the single player and a 9 for the multi (pre pay to win microtransactions). So maybe an 8 overall. The MP was damn good.
Though, I have not played GTA V since the online heists. Maybe that makes it an easy decision.
