a little things I noticed on a second playthough:
1) quick reveal when you get the Nectar Disruption message on entering the clearling after the bombing run - it only lasts a second but you see dead bodies and the real aftermath which the Nectar is shielding you from
2) the guy who asks 'can you see me?' - if you look back once you're on Nectar again he's gone, erased from your mind by the drug. Nice little moment I thought.
3) when your guys go red (i admit I helped a little by shooting them also!) they freak and start shooting everything including you
4) when you go red you shot at anything that comes close without control, nice feeling of loss of control I thought
5) coop is fun - at least I thought so when I tried it
If the overall plot holds up then there may be enough true story here to cover the fact the game mechanics (from the demo) are fairly solid FPS staples and no more.
If nothing else it felt nicely 'real' as a setting (more so for me than say GoW, which while fun was a little too daft testerone filled IMHO) and you felt like a more regular guy in a combat zone than some pumped up walking brick s*ithouse.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
