When they first announced the NDC i was worried it was going to end up being rushed together, given UC4's delay had left Sony with a rather large holiday hole that they needed to be filled, but it seems Bluepoint have really put their hearts into the project. Pushing each game to a stable 1080p/60fps + some nice AA and AF would have been enough to keep me happy, but all the other additions make me actively excited to pick up a copy. It seems they've done a better job of remastering ND's games than ND :p (Obviously not an entirely fair comparison, but a fun one none the less).
I might break my general 'no pre-ordering' policy for this. I implemented it primarily because i don't think the rewards for doing so are worth potentially ending up with a bad game (or at least one not good enough to justify a full day 1 price point), but it's not like we don't know exactly what we are getting with the NDC. There's also no chance of online issues at launch
