Some developers not as enthusiastic at videogame voice actors's demands amid the possibility of a strike

A game can't be made without developers.
A game can be made without voice actors.

They deserve a fair pay, obviously, but the video game industry is different to the movie and TV industry, and the jobs of VA's would not exist without the brilliant work the devs do.
