Its not like voice actors are underpaid. Seriously theyre just beeing greedy, if every person involved in game development gets royalties the game will never be profitable. Voice actors are hired to do a job, get welll payed for it, if the job is well done they get famous and are hired by a bunch of other companies for many more jobs (presumably for higher pay) and thats reward enought for doing a good job.
