Before judgments. I want to know who's lying and telling the truth. Was the dog being harmed at all. You can't bitch if the man's homeless. So the dog is more important, than the man? Why do you not care about both? Or is the ARA telling the truth. He was using the dog as a tool. And he was fake homless. But again, is the dog being harmed? Argue that the man is BS. If the dogs fine, it's fine. Get the man in trouble for fake panhandling. Not steal his dog. So because he potentionally is an asshole. You gotta act like that too? And you wonder why hate continues.
