We haven't seen any DS patents because there haven't been any patents for a handhelds system yet. Only applications. And you're seriously saying dual screens are dead when the Wii U sold 1/5th of the 3DS and is still keeping the gamepad in its successor? Are you joking?

Actually, all those patents would be for handheld system, at least two of them are for handheld look devices.

DS concept is completely dead on 3DS (same like 3D), it was good and new concept on DS, but this gent doesn't have any use. 3DS is selling good beacuse of good games and suport not beacuse DS or 3D.
