So... Why everybody complains so much about Wii U's hard drive and not the PS4 one?

Actually, if someone doesn't download games, it's far more than sufficient. More than enough room if someone doesn't go digital. If going digital, it can be a very different story. Most games are fairly small, but some others are quite large compaitively, like X or Smash.
