Me in an instant. I'm an old school 33 year old gamer and my time with split screen co op halo campaign on the og Xbox, and even halo 3 on 360 is why I can't stand they took it out.
Without it, to me, it's like the soul is gone. That was halo to me. Maybe you're just too young and can't understand it, or didn't get to experience it, but us old timers remember it well. |
I'm 31 and I do remember times when parents had no money to buy consoles so we went to local gameshop to play Goldeneye slip-screen after school. I also remember playing Gears co-op with friends and brother. Hell, remember who exciting it was to go on buy/rent a new music album back in the day when you didin't know nothing about it or the band beforehand? Now an ablum is leaked to internet before release and everything about everything is out there. Things change, maybe teens today prefer online since they've grown up playing like that?
Great memories indeed, but online co-op is so convenient these days I'll gladly be playing with all the screen to myself instead desperately trying to re-create the magic :) But look at us old geezers babbling in reminiscence...
As for your other post, I think your translation is way off, but whan can I do. We both see what we see. I did not see him saying he hates exclusives tho, I thought he was continuing his narrative about focusing on 1st party instead of 3rd. As for Tomb Raider, yeah I don't like these deals but you know, it's business and sometimes you have to do something you personally disagree about because it's your job. And he is a CEO who talks about his personal views, I really appreciate ít myself.
