FFVII Remake is much earlier in development than KHIII is. It would be pretty bizarre for FFVII Remake to be out first, even if KHIII takes a lot more work than FFVIIR does. KHIII has years under its belt and has already put out some pretty significant gameplay. FFVII Remake is still in more of the design process.
