Sony has never tried to push the Vita, so let's not assume that's the reason why it's not working on PS3. This is probably a decision made because either Sony or Capcom decided it wasn't worth the effort to release the game on a platform as underused as the PSP. We're almost at the point that homebrew devs are gonna start releasing games on the PSP just because they can, which means we're WELL past the point of seriously expecting anything to come to the PSP anymore.
