Do you mean the Nvidia Tegra X1 and the Shield Console? That may be above the Wii U (possibly though Nvidia sometimes overstates performance), but technically it's not been put into a portable form factor yet, though Nvidia filed a trademark for a tablet that's upcoming with the X1 chip.

I didn't realize they hadn't released a tablet with that SOC yet. I recall seeing an Unreal 4 demo that was supposedly running on an X1 powered tablet a while back, so I assumed the tablet would already have released by now.
