Is there a point you're trying to make? Not very many people would watch around 40 hours of F1 races per season to see a few minutes of crashes.

Crashes happen. It's part of Motorsport. Doesn't mean that's why people watch. I could show you a video of a bunch of other athletes getting injured in spectacular ways playing football or whatever....doesn't mean that's why people watch those either.
