just stay 30FPS but make the circuit open world but full of car and pedestrian (unlike Forza Horizon 2 that lack of crowd ) and put more AA or post processing AA. Then it still be the best look for racing game ). Or they can just save the tech for Drive Club 2 or other racing game.
