Graphics are usually cool about remakes. I have to tell you, it was Pwnsome seeing Re:CoM. But also, the controls need to be the same because a totally different control scheme wouldn't work.

No, the best option is a high end PC. But I do agree that the whole point of a remake is to improve the graphics, since not much else really changes.

So yes, the real best solution is a modern quad core PC with at least 4 gigs of RAM and SLI 8800 GTS. 

ok, so we bring up that graphics are the main thing you can do with a remake, and you bring up the point that the best PCs have better graphics than the PS3. But if you were a FFVII fan than you would never say that remaking FFVII for the PC would be the 'real best solution', not even as a joke, 'cause that would shatter feelings and never feel like the original.. but you might have meant it in a cynicle way.. anyway, I do understand your point that the best PC can do better than the PS3, but I'm no expert in that, so I know nothing about that for sure, or how much better PCs are than the PS3 powe-wise
