Gears of War 4. XBox One Exclusive (1) AAA

Halo Wars 2. Coming to XBox One and Windows, not sure about this being a AAA game, although Creative Assembly are a decent sized Studio with around 300 staff, don't know about the scale of this project though.

Quantum Break. XBox One Exclusive, new IP (2) AAA

Crackdown 3. XBox One Exclusive (3) AAA

Forza Horizon 3.  Not yet announced, but most likely releasing on both 360 and XBox One, pretty likely to be a 2016 release.

ScaleBound.  XBox One Exclusive, New IP (4) AAA

ReCore. XBox One Exclusive (although there is doubt about this), not a AAA (armature are A level at best), New IP. (5).

Sea of Theives. Coming to XBox One and Windows, since this is Rare I'd say it's a AAA game.

Nice list of AAA titles if you ask me. I am curious about some of these (specifically recore). There is probably some more I am missing like indies (cuphead) and ports (city skylines). However, I am just naming some of the AAA games I've seen planned.

Compared to 2015 it's a definite improvement, solid compared to this year. Rather than having only 2 outright exclusives this year 2016 has 5 outright exclusives for XBox One, which is a definite improvement compared to 2015.

4 of those games are AAA, one is about an A level project and there's 3 new IPs, where there weren't any new exclusive IPs in 2015.

Personally I'd say I'm still on the fence about XB1, my PS4 has way more outright exclusive AAA games that I'm interested in coming out next year, I mean:

1)Horizon: Zero Dawn, 2)The Last Guardian, 3)Ni-Oh, 4)RIGS are all new IPs, then there's 5)Uncharted 4, 6)Gravity Rush 2, 7)Ratchet & Clank, 8)Gran Turismo 7 (confirmed by Kaz at PD to be definitely coming before 2017).

I want to play all of those PS4 exclusives, 4 of them are new IPs, 6 of them are 1st party games.

Media Molecule are also likely releasing Dreams next year, which is not only a AAA game, but also an entirely new Digital Creation platform, which will have an ever growing volume of quality gaming content, along with tonnes of other content to enjoy for players, I definitely want this in my gaming life!

There's also Yakuza 6 and King of Fighters 14.

Deep Down and Let it Die are both AAA games, outright PS4 exclusives that will likely come out in 2016 as well, so that's 13 AAA PS4 exclusives, most likely for 2016, 7 AAA new IPs.

PS4 also has a bunch of other smaller exclusives which may come out this year, but are more likely to get pushed into 2016, like Rime, WiLD, Alienation, Shadow of The Beast, The Tomorrow Children, Drawn to Death, Kill Strain and Fat Princess Adventures.

So that's another 8 games, which may potentially also make it into 2016, overall PS4 could have 21 exclusives for next year, with 13 of them being AAA titles, these are all games only releasing on PS4.

When I bare in mind that I definitely want to play 18 out of the 21 PS4 exclusives I've listed and that I'll also be playing every 3rd party game I want on PS4 Xbox One's line-up starts to seem pretty limp in comparison.

Out of all of the 5 outright exclusives on XB1, I'd probably like to play them all, but as far as must have releases that I can't get anywhere else maybe Scalebound and ReCore, if the gameplay for ReCore looks interesting (although we've only seen CG so far).

I thought Quantum Break would interest me, but it really seemed quite boring at Gamescom, I've never been all that bothered about Crackdown, Gears 4 seems like it's just treading water, being rather samey compared to past entries in the series, maybe future footage will interest me more.

Right now there's way too much on PS4 for me to even really consider another platform this generation and Sony have been doing an awesome job of adding new quality games to their 2016 line-up. There's well over 10 3rd party titles that I want to play next year too, so PS4 has about 28 games that may as well be exclusives for me, 18 of which are true exclusives.

This isn't even counting things like Persona 5 (which I'm starting to becoming interested in), the Gravity Rush Remaster (I have the Vita game, but the gyro controls and moving the whole console around for that put me off), I'm sure I'm missing some stuff, with the already massive volume of awesome games I'm interested in it's becoming hard to keep track of what's coming to PS4.

Paris Games Week and Playstation Experience is likely going to add to the library of stuff, there's also Fallout 4, Battlefront, I still haven't bought Tearaway or Bloodborne (waiting for The Old Hunters Edition of the game), I've been skint this year so haven't been able to afford any new games for a long time.

My PS4 will be keeping me very busy once funds allow.

At this point a solid line-up of exclusives isn't going to change my mind, Sony are pushing PS4 well beyond the competition.

Just my opinion, TBH this generation has started to become one of the best in history IMO.
