There was (and still is) an Xbox One with Kinect and without Kinect. What made you think otherwise? Anyways, they are now (and you can look) each $50 cheaper due the $50 price cut each one received. When the Xbox One began shipping without Kinect it was introduced at a $399 while the Xbox One with Kinect was still retailing for $499. That's not a price cut, lol, that's a price introduction for a new model. Inventory 101.
