| fatslob-:O said: No, a price cut won't suffice and the WII U is already falling behind compared to last year at the same point and time ... Last year's holiday line up had Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, and Super Smash Bros so Xenoblade Chronicles X hardly compares that ... |
Hyrule Warriors released in September in the west and august in Japan. If you include Hyrule Warriors into the holiday lineup of last year you'll have to include Super Mario Maker into this year's lineup too. Bayonetta 2 released in october (september in Japan), but didn't do very much to boost the sales. Smash Bros, on the other hand, didn't push very much hardware because the game was already out on 3DS for several months then.
Also where's Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, Fatal Frame 5, Animal Crossing Amiibo Festival? Yoshi's Whooly World also counts in North America for this year's holiday season.
