https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sex-positive_feminism
Someone using their body to gain an advantage is not sexism tho, it is a branch of feminism which gained a lot of popularity in the 80s which basically runs under the ideas that woman should use all the tools they have to further themselves.
I'm sorry if that doesn't exactly related to the mgs5 character I've not had the pleasure of playing that game yet but hopefully you see that a naked woman isn't sexism?

Yeah, I'm aware of that. Bayonetta is what I'd call sex-positive feminism. But the same can't apply to Quiet, they are completely different characters. Bayonetta is a strong, sexy female character. Quiet is a candy for the male masses. I think you'd notice the diference if you play both.
EDIT: And no, I didn't say every women in every videogame is portrayed with sexism, don't put sentences in my mouth that I've never said, thank you ;)

@ your edit, you referring to my second paragraph? I said "hopefully you see that a naked woman isn't sexism" you even quoted it? If you wouldn't mind explaining where I suggested that every women in every videogame is portrayed with sexism, would love to know where that has come from.

Nope, sorry, that was an answer to another user above, it's just that I don't know how to quote twice :(.
@Derek89, yes, I've played the game, and yes, I know the reason why she has to be naked. I just don't mention it because of spoilers. And it's a stupid reason, if you ask me. I love the game, but that was silly. Let's make a reason to have her naked in the game, it's got nothing to do with the fact that a hot chick with a sniper gun semi-naked sells videogames, isn't it?
