Is it acceptable for a Political leader to shun the National Anthem?

there is no god and everyone knows it. but there is a queen, and well shes not a good person.

That's the dumbest thing to say. Actually no one knows it, but a large percent of the population believe there isn't one.

everything "he" told people in holy books was lies, his morals were primitiv even when they were written down, and he never interacts with the world.  nothing that makes you think uhh maybe this god guy realy exists..
