Ys hasn't even been picked up for the west yet so I think there's 0% chance of seeing it at PGW or PSX.

Sounds bad, hoped to see it at PSX, as it is more an action rpg ( from the style it play's like zelda) so i thought there could be enough interest...but falcom is very busy at the moment, so it could really be that we have to wait till next year...
