Could be another playable character, we only know about 4 of them so far. It would be strange if we could only choose 4 characters for our party (no other formation available?). 

So no one else can see the resemblance then?

Call me crazy but he instantly reminded me of Tatsuya Suou, the protagonist from Persona 2.
