Those are two completelty differnent things. One is a basic refund policy, and their solution is barely budging. Forcing them to create a meta-marketplace is ludacris.

making software resellable isnt ludacris,  its our good right as consumer to resell our stuff.

that is exactly right. i find it incredible that you still have consumers arguing against the ability to resell software.
