Titanfall was only a failure because it didn't reach expectations. 

It sold very well, but people were expecting far more from it. 

Let's say 5m.  40% would be considered a huge failure. 

I just don't remember any official source saying Titanfall sold 2 million on Xbone to start comparisions like.

But remember Titanfall is a FPS considered to be the NEW CoD in terms of sales... just compare it with Destiny for example.
