No, Gravity Rush 2 is not a port. We are not getting it on the Vita (huhuhuhu). This is a PS4 exclusive.
However, there is a Remastered Edition of Gravity Rush 1 for the PS4, which is the port of the Vita game. I think the release date is Feb 2016 for the HD Remaster.
