Toukiden 2 annonced (PS4/PS3/Vita)

The idea of an open world hunting game is interesting, but since its coming to the Vita, i think they are selling a dream that wont come to be. The vita has what 128mb RAM? You can't make a very big open world with that.

So... im picturing something like just not having load times between areas.
