The amount of people that would import a Japanese PS4 (and pay import fees which are quite massive to some countries) just because the retail price is a bit cheaper isn't exactly large...

I recognize that, but a further fall in the yen may not exactly let this play in your favor.

And, that "isn't exactly large" may be relative to the size of PS sales. 1% of 90 million is still nearly a million units. That's not a drop in the bucket if you're aiming for 10 million sales (or less) in Japan.
