I didn't play MGS3 but as far as I know she was a strong woman with a remarkable role in the story. I don't how pervy she was presented but I'm sure she had more to offer than boobs, which Quiet doesn't.

Edit: I just searched "Metal Gear Solid 3 Eva hot" and watched a video of her in underwear talking dirty to Snake and then having sex. I actually chuckled, it doesn't seem to take itself seriously. I'm also not offended at all by God of War's sex scenes, either. It's adolescent humor at worst...

But Quiet is different, just embarassing. Have you watched the cage scene? Not comparable to MGS3, really.
